二、Basic Parameters

Given that biopharmaceutical production wastewater typically contains pathogenic microorganisms, which must be killed before the wastewater is discharged into the sewage treatment system, Vaughn has developed a specialized biological waste liquid inactivation treatment system. This system achieves bacterial inactivation by maintaining a consistently stable high temperature to denature bacterial cells or deactivate coagulase, thereby causing bacterial death. For viruses, the heat absorbed by the chemicals in their DNA and RNA at high temperatures leads to bond breakage, resulting in their inactivation.

Adopting a sequential batch processing mode, this system is equipped with one collection tank and two or more inactivation tanks, operating intermittently to ensure energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and high reliability during operation. Additionally, the entire system features intelligent control, enabling unattended and fully automatic operation, and has achieved remarkable results in practical projects.

Product Features

  • All-stainless steel structure, including inactivation tanks, collection tanks, pipelines and valves.

  • PLC control system for automatic control of the entire inactivation process.

  • Multiple temperature control methods including steam injection and tank jacket are adopted to meet the temperature requirements for inactivation and discharge.

  • Professional 3D modeling design for flexible adaptation to various on-site conditions.
