System Control Description
Imported PLC automatic control system,A color touch screen enables intelligent online display of multiple parameters, including conductivity, resistivity, temperature, operating status, water tank liquid level and related notification messages, with built-in human-machine dialogue capability.
One-key disinfection function, no need to open the case or add chemicals. It realizes rapid disinfection of the RO membrane, circulation pipeline and water tank, inhibits the growth of bacteria and microorganisms, and ensures access to standard and high-efficiency water quality.
The system is furnished with RS232 and USB interfaces to connect with computers, enabling data record download and printing. It allows random access to data stored over the previous 5 years, which is in full compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) specifications.
Multi-level password control mechanism to prohibit unauthorized operations. This design is in full compliance with the implementation requirements of GLP management concepts and guarantees operational security.
Purity
The following features ensure that pure water is free from microbial contamination and meets the diverse water quality requirements of different customers: a built-in water tank equipped with an air filter and UV sterilizer, controllable delivery flow rate, consumable failure replacement reminders, modular ultrapure water columns, and a fast disinfection program.
SUS316L stainless steel pipeline material and stainless steel sterile water tank ensure the quality of the produced water and extend the overall service life of the equipment.
